By playing in Gamebattles ladders, UGP becomes “an experience mechanism” for Pinoy gamers, who now engage more organized opponents and more deadly adversaries where team playing skills and tactics are vital if not crucial.

For those who do not know where it is, it is south of Japan and Korea and west of the great Pacific Ocean and of the USA.
YOU GOT PINOYED (originally U GOT PINOYED or UGP) simply means, a PINOY bested you in the game. Like the common expressions, "You Got Pwned," "You got sacked," or "You got canned."
